Nutritional goal

Nutritional goal is a feature that allows you to set a personalized nutrition target based on your desired results.

Setting a nutritional goal involves filling out a short survey that calculates your daily calorie and macronutrient needs. Once your goal is defined, you can track your progress by adding meals to your Meal journal. Learn more about the Meal journal here.

How to set your Nutrition Goal

  1. Go to the Achieve tab and open the Meal journal (under the Nutrition section).


  2. If you haven’t set a nutritional goal yet, you’ll see a notification that takes you directly to the survey.


  3. If you close the notification, you can still set your goal anytime by clicking Set a nutritional goal button.


  4. Answer a few short questions in the survey - it will take no more than 3 - 4 minutes.

  5. After completing the survey, you’ll receive your personalized nutritional goal along with an estimated date for achieving it. Don’t forget to save your goal!

Progress toward your Nutritional goal

Once your nutritional goal is set, start adding your meals to the Meal journal every day. Each meal will update your daily calorie balance, making it easy to see how many calories you can still consume and which macronutrients to complete to stay on track.
