Goals in Multi.Life are curated task sets designed to help you build healthy habits and improve your well-being in areas that matter to you.
You can set and achieve goals in the following areas:
nutrition,
health prevention,
physical activity,
psychology,
personal development,
learning new skills.
Examples of goals include increasing physical activity, improving metabolism, focusing on health prevention, or acquiring new skills.
You can select a goal in the Goals tab within the Achieve section - more here.
Once you start a goal, it will also appear on your Start screen.
Each goal consists of several selected tasks that guide you towards achieving your objective.
Tasks may include platform-based activities (e.g., watching a specific course) and off-platform actions (e.g., completing a certain number of steps for a set number of days), consultations and partner services, depending on your Multi.Life package.
