Meal journal

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Meal journal in the Multi.Life app is a feature that allows you to track the meals you consume throughout the day, analyse their nutritional value, and monitor your progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

With the Meal journal, you can:

  • Record each meal using a photo,

  • Receive an analysis of calorie content and macronutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrates),

  • Compare data across different time periods.

This feature is available in the Multi.Life app under: Achieve ➡️ My profile ➡️ Nutrition.

You can also access the Meal journal through:

  • a widget on the app’s home screen,

  • the AI Wellbeing Assistant chat.

The Meal journal is available in both the browser version of Multi.Life and the mobile app. However, due to its functionality (scanning meals from photos), we recommend using the mobile app.
