What will you find in the Achieve?

The Achieve section is designed to help you take care of your health and development through measurable indicators. Here, you can:

  • Set your goals,

  • Track your activity progress,

  • Monitor your weight and calories burned,

  • Check your well-being index,

  • Keep track of your health and development.

In the My Profile tab, you will find a summary of your achievements and tracked indicators, including:

  • Steps,

  • Weight,

  • Calories burned,

  • Well-being index.

We recommend completing your profile and connecting Multi.Life with a health app for better control over your health metrics and goal achievement.

In the Goals tab, you will see your goals and their progress levels. You can filter them by progress.

You can achieve goals in the following areas:

  • Nutrition,

  • Health prevention,

  • Physical activity,

  • Psychology and personal development,

  • Learning new skills.

Examples of goals include increasing activity levels, losing or gaining weight, improving your well-being index, or completing development paths.
