Achieving goals

Goal completion involves completing tasks that may be:

  • on-platform activities (e.g., watching a specific course),

  • off-platform actions (e.g., completing a certain number of steps over a set number of days),

  • consultations or partner services, depending on your Multi.Life package.

To make full use of goal functionality, we recommend connecting Multi.Life to your health app.

Selecting a goal

You can choose a goal in the Goals tab within the Achieve section.

Depending on the tasks included in the goal, you may complete them manually or have automatic tracking. To begin, click Start Goal.

Working towards a goal

Expand the first task in the list and click Start. After finishing the task, click Complete Task.

For automatic tasks (e.g., step tracking), if your health app is connected, clicking Start Counting Steps will allow the system to track progress automatically.

Some automatic tasks may involve actions within Multi.Life (e.g., completing profile data). Once the action is completed, the task is automatically marked as done.

Completing a Goal

Once you finish all tasks, you will see a summary screen. We encourage you to take on new goals!

After completing a goal, you can take the Well-being Index survey to see how your well-being has improved – learn more here <link>.
