Completing your profile

To better monitor your health and receive more accurate recommendations, we recommend completing your profile with basic personal information.

If you are in the My Profile tab and haven't completed your profile yet, click More on the Complete your profile bar.

Alternatively, go to settings by clicking My account in the bottom left corner.

In the My data section, enter the following details:

  • gender,

  • date of birth,

  • weight and height.

Select your activity level – choose from one of four levels:

  • Level 1 - low; minimal physical activity; sedentary work and few household tasks.

  • Level 2 - moderate; occasional physical activity; moderate movement throughout the day, e.g. walks, light household tasks.

  • Level 3 - average; regular physical activity and daily tasks requiring movement, moderate-intensity work.

  • Level 4 - high; intense physical activity, including regular training; manual work and/or daily tasks requiring significant effort.
