Unlimited access 24/7 to an internal medicine doctor and obesity treatment specialist. Consultations last 10–15 minutes and take the form of a video call, phone call or chat. Doctors issue e-prescriptions and medical certificates. The doctor can even see you on the same day. The service is available only to adult patients. Telemedi also offers other services which are charged extra directly by Telemedi.
The MultiLife user has access to e-consultations with other specialists. These services are paid additionally, the prices include a 10% discount. The full list of doctors and prices are available after logging in to Telemedi. Payments are made via PayU on the Telemedi platform.

Go to the Telemedi website.
Log in to Telemedi service via your MultiLife account.
