To access the consultation service, go to the Consult section in Multi.Life.

Booking a consultation

Select a specialisation by clicking on the name of the consultant's field. You will then see a list of available consultants.

Choose a date and time in the calendar and click on your preferred slot.

Fill in the consultation details – you may be asked to select the language and provide a topic (optional). Accept the consultation terms and conditions.

Click Confirm – after successful booking, you will see a confirmation screen.

Viewing consultation history & upcoming consultations

You can check your consultation history and upcoming appointments in the Your Consultations section.

Cancelling a Consultation

To cancel an appointment, click the "Cancel" button next to your upcoming consultation.

Cancelling a consultation more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will restore the used consultation to your available limit. You can still cancel within 24 hours, but in that case, the consultation will be considered used.

Confirm the cancellation – without confirmation, the appointment will not be cancelled.

Checking free consultation limits

The number of available consultations depends on the package selected by your employer.

To check the limit of consultations included in your package, click the Free Consultation Limits link in the top-right corner.

After clicking, you will see the number of consultations available within the package chosen by your employer.

Asking questions before & after your consultation

You can ask the consultant questions before or after the consultation, related to your session.

In Your Consultations, select the upcoming consultation and click the "Message" button on the right.

You will be redirected to the chat conversation related to your consultation.

If needed, attach a file - picture (e.g., medical results) by clicking the paperclip icon in the message box, selecting a file from your computer, and sending the message.
