With the Active&Relax package, you can claim one cinema ticket every two months, valid at selected cinemas across Poland.
The service works by generating a code on the Multi.Life platform and then exchanging that code for a movie ticket at the box office of a participating cinema.
A new code becomes available every two months. After that period, the previous code will no longer be available in the system.
New way to use the service
Starting from June 1, 2026, using cinema tickets in Multi.Life becomes even more convenient and flexible. From now on, you decide how and where you want to use your ticket entitlement.
Until May 31, 2026 – use the service under the current rules
Until the end of May, you can still generate eMultiBilet Premium 2D tickets under the current system. Generated codes remain valid until their assigned expiration date and can be redeemed at the cinema box office.
From June 1, 2026 – you choose where to go to the movies
Every two months, you can independently select the cinema chain you would like to use. Your choice can be different each time.
The following three largest cinema chains in Poland are available:
Cinema City – 2D screening · online and on-site redemption · nationwide
Multikino – 2D or 3D screening · online and on-site redemption · nationwide
Helios – 2D screening · on-site redemption only · nationwide
If you would like to watch a movie in 3D, Multikino is the only cinema chain in the offer that provides this option (an additional charge for 3D glasses applies according to the cinema's price list).
Please note that the codes cannot be redeemed at independent, arthouse, or local cinemas.
The availability of service depends on the package selected by your employer.
How to use
In the menu bar, select Discover and find Partner Services.
After clicking More, you will see all available services. Click Get started next to Movie tickets service.
After opening the service page, follow the instructions displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the cinema chain for which you would like to generate a code.
Generate your code.
Find a participating cinema.
Redeem your code in the selected cinema chain according to the instructions provided:

Find the Personal development category, find Cinema and click Get Started.
After opening the service page, follow the instructions displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the cinema chain for which you would like to generate a code.
Generate your code.

How to Redeem Your Code – Cinema City
Generate a code for a 2D screening.
Redeem the code for your selected screening either at the cinema box office or online at Cinema City’s website (http://www.cinema-city.pl/) or mobile app.
Select the screening type and your seats.
At the "SELECT TICKETS" stage, expand the "CHANGE TICKET TYPE" section, choose "VOUCHER CODE", enter the code generated in Multi.Life, and confirm it.
Complete your purchase.
How to Redeem Your Code – Multikino
Generate a code for a 2D or 3D screening.
Redeem the code for your selected screening either at the cinema box office or online on the Multikino website (https://www.multikino.pl/).
Select the screening you would like to attend.
Click "Enter Voucher Code", enter the code generated in Multi.Life, and click "Add".
Select the ticket type, number of tickets, and seats, then click "DONE".

Generate a screening code.
Choose a cinema from the Helios network and check the current programme on the Helios website (https://helios.pl/).
Redeem the code at the cinema box office.
