Set up your account using the dedicated registration link. This is the only way to gain access to Multi.Life. You will find it in the instruction provided by your employer.
Are you using a MultiSport card from the same company? – Log in with the same credentials as for MultiSport.
If you do not have a MultiSport account – register and activate your account via the link in the email.
Enter your identifier and verification code, accept the data processing consent, and activate your product.
If you do not see the field to enter your identifier and code after logging in, log in again using the link or paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Product activation may take approximately 10 minutes.

Open the link from the instruction provided by your employer. You will be redirected to the registration page.
On the website, click the Go on button to be redirected to the login page.
If you already have an account, log in and go directly to step 7. You have an account if you are currently using or have previously used a MultiSport card.
If you do not have an account, click Register, located in the top-right corner of the login page. Enter the required details, accept the terms and conditions, and click Next.
Check your email inbox and activate your account by clicking the link in the email you received. If you did not receive an email, check your SPAM folder or request a new email.
If you are confirming registration on a different device, open the registration link again and log in to your newly created account.
Once you have successfully logged in or registered, you will be automatically redirected to the product registration form. Enter your identifier and verification code, accept the data processing consent, and then click Send.
Granting consent for data processing is necessary to complete the registration of your Multi.Life product.
Depending on arrangements with your employer, registration may require both an identifier and a code, only an identifier, or in some cases, an additional PIN.After successful registration, you will see the message: We have registered your product. Click Go to Multi.Life to access your assistant.
If you have the MultiSport app and selected the login option in step 3, remember that you can log in to Multi.Life using the same credentials.
